Lower Salt River Cleanup with

The Original makeup eraser & Japonesque

IMG_2631.jpeg

We teamed up The Original MakeUp Eraser & Japonesque to bring a group of volunteers out to the Lower Salt River for a trash cleanup in celebration of Earth Day. They helped us remove 142.19 pounds of trash from the Lower Salt River at Water Users Recreation Area!

We removed a lot of micro-trash, a grill, 40+ Capri Sun straws, fishing line, masks, cigarette butts, towels, clothing, shoes, zip ties, glass & plastic bottles, aluminum cans, broken glass, grocery bags, hangers, sunglasses, wrappers, and much more. The weirdest thing found today was a head of cabbage.

Thank you to American Rivers for donating trash bags!
