7th annual lower sycamore Cleanup

We hosted our annual 7th Fall Lower Sycamore Cleanup on Saturday, October 19, 2024. With the help of 67 volunteers, including 14 youth volunteers, helpers from the Tonto Forest Service, and 5 from our Dedicated Restoration Team, we removed 6.74 tons of trash! That’s 13,480 pounds of trash no longer littering this OHV area! Volunteers also removed 9 tires. Thank you to everyone who helped make a significant impact on this OHV area!

This project was financed in part by a grant from the Arizona Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) Recreation Fund administered by Arizona State Parks & Trails. We are grateful for their support of Arizona’s Off-Highway Vehicles and their commitment to responsible recreation.

Thank you to everyone at U.S. Forest Service Tonto National Forest - Mesa Ranger District for their help and support of this event! Thank you to JJ and everyone at Stellar Adventures for donating the delivery & use of their restrooms!
