April 2017 Butcher Jones OHV Area Cleanup Project

Our Dedicated Restoration Team removed 7,620 pounds of trash from Butcher Jones OHV Area, including nails from pallet fires illegally burned on roads and trails, OHV & 4X4 parts, clothing, camping trash, broken glass, plastic bags & wrappers, a broken tent, plastic & glass bottles, aluminum cans, mattresses & boxsprings, rolls of carpet & padding, televisions, appliances, a water heater, piles of household tile including a large dump site with Saltillo tile, and lots of scattered trash. We also put out an abandoned fire still burning at one of the coves. Check out these pictures from our project:
