October 2021 - Part 1 South Adair OHV Trail - Cleanup Project

Our Dedicated Restoration Team removed 3,900 pounds (1.95 tons) of trashfrom the South Adair OHV Trail in Yuma.

Thank you to everyone from Wellton-Mohawk Irrigation & Drainage District for your support of this project.

Check out the photos below, including before & after photos. You can also check out Part 2 of this project HERE. Between both projects, we removed 11,560 pounds of trash (5.78 tons).

Before the dumpster fire.

After the dumpster fire.

Before our dumpster was swapped out for the 2nd part of this project, someone came out to our project site and set the dumpster on fire. Dumpster weight is part of how we track our progress & we count on that data for our grant reports. We were able to get a weight on what was left in the dumpster, but we are disappointed we don’t know the actual weight of the dumpster before it burned.
