04/22/19 Earth Day Lower Salt River Cleanup Project
For Earth Day, we teamed up with Distinctive Salon & Spa and EastM Magazine for an Earth Day Lower Salt River Cleanup. 329 volunteers, including 41 youth volunteers helped us remove 2,160 pounds of trash. We removed trash from Phon D Sutton, Granite Reef, Coon Bluff, Pebble Beach, Blue Point, and Butcher Jones Recreation Areas. Volunteers also helped us celebrate the 4-year anniversary of our 1st cleanup!
